Incident Brief:
On September 18, 2024, at 07:10 AM, a Toyota Wish (#SGS2585S) abruptly braked on the slip road from Rangoon Road towards the CTE, resulting in being rear-ended by a camcar. The camcar driver, who was maintaining a safe distance and speed, reported that the Toyota Wish braked suddenly without any apparent reason.
